Learning Team Recruitment and Selection Strategy Approval

Each week is a DRAFT that will lead towards the final project.  If your team shows progress, you will be awarded the weekly points.

Create a recruitment and selection strategy with your group in the next few weeks that includes a rewards and compensation plan for an organization with international operations. You will complete drafts of sections of the assignment in the coming weeks; the full plan in APA format will be completed and submitted in Week Six. This week, you must gain instructor approval for an organization to be used for the Learning Team assignment. Once you have received your instructor’s approval, continue to work on the plan based on the outline given in Week Six. You must not wait until the final week to finish the full assignment.

Select an organization that has international operations.

  • You may select an organization with which one of your team members is familiar, or your team may use the Harrison Corporation to complete the Learning Team project. See the Harrison Corporation Profile on the student website for specific information regarding the Learning Team assignment.
  • If your team is not selecting the Harrison Corporation to complete the Learning Team project, the organization selected must have a minimum of three different open positions. The Recruitment and Selection Strategy, including a Rewards and Compensation Plan, is due in Week Six.

Submit the selected organization to your instructor for approval.  This is the only deliverable needed for this week.
